RETURN POLICY

Please refer to the return eligibility before proceeding on the return process.

INCORRECT/DEFECTIVE ITEM

In the event that you received the incorrect or defective items, please provide us with a photograph of the item with the order number to hello@theplayhouse.sg. The item, however, must be unworn, undamaged, unwashed and unaltered, with the tag intact. We will assess your photo and advise on the return arrangements.


TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  1. Returns request must be raised within 14 days from the purchase date. Late returns will be duly declined.
  2. Only item(s) that are unwashed,unaltered and with original tags intact are eligible for returns. All original accessories must be included.
  3. Items purchased using Promotional Code,Store Credits and under Discount/Sales category, are NOT eligible for Returns.
  4. All return item(s) needs to be packed securely. The Playhouse will not reimburse the packaging fee incurred.
  5. The Playhouse will not be liable for any lost mail. You are advised to keep a copy of your postage or to deliver your parcel with tracking service.
  6. Postage charges paid for completed orders are non-refundable.
  7. Return items will be acknowledged and processed within 5 working days after we received your parcel.
  8. The Playhouse reserves the right to reject the return request if the item does not meet the above conditions or deemed suspicious.

The following reasons will not be considered as defective item:

  1. Slight color difference resulting from different individual’s viewing platform. As our products are taken under studio environment, there might be slight color difference from the actual item
  2. Intentional damage made on the item to make it eligible for exchange
  3. Minor defect on item such as loose threads, scratches or slight stains which are not obvious under normal lighting, slight misalignment, or any reason that are similar in effect, are not considered as defect.
  4. Generally, defects that do not affect the general appearance of the apparel will not be considered as defects.
  5. Defects that are caused after handling and washing by the customer are not eligible for defective returns.

Note :

  1. Item’s eligibility for an exchange will be determined based on the discretion of The Playhouse.
  2. All return postage fee will be beared by the customer, unless agreed otherwise.
  3. Item eligible for free postage will be for defective or incorrect items only. The Playhouse will not be liable to any additional cost incurred due to deviated form of return.
